Well, it wasn't much of a game. There were a couple of moments of excitement. One was the WKU interception early in the game, the other was one long run. That was it. The most exciting thing that happened was a UK fan
who was wearing an EKU shirt who kept screaming "OVC!" at the WKU team members when they would pass by and at me when I walked by. He was funny and harmless. I went to the game with Tim Hamilton, fellow WKU alum and member
of Christ Church. We had great seats with some other friends, second row up from the field, you could almost reach out and touch that beautiful grass in Commonwealth Stadium! (By the way, in the picture of Tim and me, he's standing on the stadium seating, he's not quite that tall!).
Overall, we had a great time. Though we would have enjoyed a more competitive game, UK's defense was really too much for WKU to handle.
Hey Chris, the most exciting moment for me was when the squirrel darted on to the field from the end zone and then stormed up the field toward the UK players running in the opposite direction. I thought for sure they would run over the critter before it ran off the field, to a standing ovation from the fans who noticed, at about the 50 yard line.
